The Eco Team had an exciting and action-packed meeting this week as George from the Clean Air Crew joined them for another inspiring session. Together, they explored different ways people travel and how those choices can affect pollution levels in our community.

George guided the group through a discussion about various modes of transport, and the pupils shared ideas about small changes individuals can make to help reduce pollution. The conversation encouraged the team to think about how everyday habits might impact the environment.

The pupils also took a closer look at the different gases found in air pollution. After researching in groups, they presented their findings to one another, showing great teamwork and curiosity as they pieced together what they’d discovered.

A highlight of the session was a hands-on experiment where the Eco Team created their own CO₂ gas. This practical activity brought the topic to life and helped reinforce their understanding of the science behind air pollution in a fun and memorable way.

The enthusiasm throughout the session was brilliant, and it’s clear the Eco Team is deeply committed to making a positive difference. We’re already looking forward to welcoming George back in a few weeks as the team continues its journey to improve our environment and promote cleaner, greener choices.

More eco adventures coming soon! ????????
